How It Works

Your Constitution score is 19 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 19 or higher. This increases your hit points based on your new Constitution modifier (+4), improves your Constitution saving throws, and affects any abilities that use your Constitution modifier. When you attune to this amulet, recalculate your maximum hit points using the new Constitution modifier. If you later remove the amulet, recalculate again using your normal Constitution.
