Feature	Level	Description
Silver Tongue	3rd	Treat any Persuasion or Deception check roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Unsettling Words	3rd	As bonus action, creature within 60ft subtracts Bardic Inspiration from next save before your next turn.
Unfailing Inspiration	6th	If ally uses your Bardic Inspiration and still fails, they keep the die.
Universal Speech	6th	Choose up to PB creatures within 60ft to understand your speech for 1 hour. PB uses per long rest.
Infectious Inspiration	14th	When ally succeeds using your Bardic Inspiration, give another creature within 60ft inspiration as reaction. CHA mod uses per long rest.
