Kalashtar 5e
Kalashtar are a compound race created from the union of humanity and renegade spirits from the plane of dreams. They are hunted by the nightmarish quori of Dal Quor, who seek to destroy them. Kalashtar appear human but have a spiritual presence that manifests as grace and wisdom. They are naturally psionic and often seem serene and thoughtful, as two minds share one body in perfect harmony.

Racial Traits
| Trait | Description |
|---|---|
| Dual Mind | You have advantage on all Wisdom saving throws. |
| Mental Discipline | You have resistance to psychic damage. |
| Mind Link | You can speak telepathically to any creature you can see within 60 feet. You don't need to share a language with the creature, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language. As an action, you can give that creature the ability to speak telepathically back to you until the start of your next turn. |
| Severed from Dreams | Kalashtar sleep, but they don't connect to the plane of dreams. They are immune to spells and other magical effects that require you to dream, like the Dream spell. |
| Psychic Glamour | Choose one of the following skills: Insight, Intimidation, Performance, or Persuasion. You have advantage on all ability checks you make with that skill. |
